A video of the owner of a tourist hotel in Australia’s Northern Territory hitting a charging crocodile with a frying pan has gone viral.
Shane Chambers told Storyful they were trying to leave the hotel when Casey, the owner’s pet crocodile, got in the way.
“We were leaving the island by helicopter and the crocodile blocked our way,” Chambers said. “[The owner] was worried about our safety, so he grabbed the frying pan and drove the crocodile away.”

The video, shot by Chambers, shows Hansen walking down the steps with a frying pan and walking towards the alligator.He slapped twice on the nose as the crocodile started charging.Just then, Casey had had enough and hurried back into the water.
